MangoTV Terms of Use

\nMangoTV is operated by Hunan Happy Sunshine Interactive Entertainment Media Co., Ltd. MangoTV provides personalized services that allow users to watch video programs (“MangoTV Content”) on TV, computers, and other devices via the Internet.
\nYour use of MangoTV services is subject to the Terms of Use. In the Terms of Use, “MangoTV services,” “our services,” and “services” refer to the services provided by MangoTV for discovering and viewing MangoTV content, including all features, recommendations, playback, websites, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software related to our services.
\nUnless you have fully read, completely understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you have no right to use this service. If you click agree or use this service (“use” refers to one or more actions including but not limited to downloading, installing, launching, browsing, registering, logging in, etc.), or indicate acceptance of this Agreement in any other express or implied manner, you are deemed to have read and agreed to sign all content of this Agreement. This Agreement will then have legal effect between you and us, becoming a legally binding document for both parties. If you do not agree with our modifications or additions to this Agreement from time to time, you should refrain from registering, stop using, or actively cancel this service.
\nThis Agreement only applies to the MangoTV service we provide to you through the [MangoTV] software product and [w.mgtv.com] website.
\nWe provide both free and paid services, and we reserve the right to suspend, modify, and terminate any freely provided services at our sole discretion at any time.
\nFor provisions related to paid membership services, please refer to the separate membership service agreement “Mango TV International Membership Service Agreement,” which is a supplementary agreement to this Agreement. In case of conflict with the relevant content of this Agreement, the content of that agreement shall prevail.
\n1.1 Your MangoTV account ID is valid until the termination of this service. To use MangoTV services, you must have a network-connected device with the MangoTV App installed. For MangoTV service charges and paid membership subscription fees, you should provide MangoTV with one or more payment methods. “Payment method” refers to the currently valid payment methods accepted by MangoTV, which may be updated from time to time and may include third-party payment channel methods. Unless you cancel your membership subscription before the billing date, you are deemed to authorize MangoTV to charge the membership subscription fee for the next billing cycle through your confirmed “payment method.”
\n1.2 MangoTV may offer various membership subscription plans, including special promotional plans or membership subscription plans bundled with third-party products and services provided by third parties. Some membership plans may have different conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed to you at the time of subscription.
\n2.1 Free content is available for all users to watch. For paid content, users are allowed to watch a few minutes of footage. If users want to watch the full paid content, they need to subscribe to a membership to view it.
\n2.2 Members have the right to watch all content except for special programs provided by MangoTV, and members can enjoy reasonable discounts on special programs.
\n2.3 Unless you cancel your membership subscription before the end of the last membership period, we will charge you the membership fee for the next billing cycle through your confirmed “payment method” at the end of the last membership period.
\n3.1 Billing Cycle. The membership fee for MangoTV services will be charged through your “payment method” on the specified billing date on the “Account” page. The length of the billing cycle depends on the type of membership you choose when subscribing to the service.
\n3.2 Payment Method. To use MangoTV paid services, you must provide one or more payment methods. If your primary payment method is declined or cannot be used to pay the subscription fee, you authorize us to charge the fee through other payment methods you have provided. You are responsible for unpaid amounts. If payment cannot be successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you have not cancelled your subscription, we may suspend your access to paid membership services until you successfully pay the membership fee through a valid payment method. For some payment methods, the payment service provider may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees related to processing your payment method. Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method used.
\n3.3 Updating Payment Method. You can update your payment method by going to the “My Wallet” page. We may also use information provided by payment service providers to update your “payment method.” Any updates you make mean that you authorize us to continue charging fees through the applicable payment method.
\n3.4 Cancellation. You can cancel your MangoTV paid international version membership subscription at any time, and you will be able to continue using MangoTV's paid membership services until the billing date. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or account credits for any partial monthly membership periods or unwatched MangoTV special program content. To cancel your paid subscription membership, please go to the “VIP Membership” page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your paid subscription membership, your paid membership privileges will automatically close at the end of the current billing period.
\n3.5 Changes in Prices and Subscription Plans. We may change paid membership subscription plans and paid membership service prices from time to time; any price changes or subscription plan modifications will apply to subsequent billing cycles after notifying you.
\n4.1 You must be at least 18 years old or meet the age of majority in your country or region to become a user of MangoTV services. Minors can only use this service under adult supervision.
\n4.2 MangoTV services and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals outside your household. During your MangoTV membership subscription period, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access MangoTV services and view MangoTV content. Except as stipulated above, no rights, titles, or interests shall be deemed transferred to you. You agree not to use any content provided by MangoTV for public performance or playback.
\n4.3 You may only watch MangoTV content within the country or region where you created your account and only in geographical areas where we provide services and have obtained licenses. Available content may vary by geographic location and may change from time to time.
\n4.4 MangoTV services, including the program library, are regularly updated. Additionally, we constantly test various aspects of the service, including the website, user interface, advertising features, and availability of MangoTV content. To improve the service, we need to frequently update our technology, which may lead to some issues, such as service delays when using the MangoTV application.
\n4.5 Some MangoTV content can be temporarily downloaded and watched offline on certain supported devices (“Offline Videos”). The number of offline video downloads per account, the maximum number of devices that can obtain offline videos, the time period for watching offline videos, and the time period for accessing offline videos are all limited. Some offline videos may not be playable in certain countries or regions, and if you go online in a country or region where that offline video cannot be broadcast, you will not be able to play the offline video.
\n4.6 For content and information contained in or obtained through MangoTV services, you agree not to archive, copy, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works, offer for sale, or use (except as expressly authorized in the Terms of Use). You also agree not to circumvent, remove, alter, disable, degrade, or block any content protection in MangoTV services; not to use any robots or other automated means to access MangoTV services; not to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software and other products accessible through MangoTV services; not to insert any code and products or manipulate the content of MangoTV services in any way; not to use any data mining, data collection, and extraction methods. Furthermore, you agree not to upload, post, email, or otherwise send or transmit any material intended to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment related to MangoTV services, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs. If you violate the Terms of Use or engage in illegal or fraudulent use, we may terminate or limit your use of our services.
\n4.7 The display quality of MangoTV content may vary by device and may be affected by various factors, such as your location, internet bandwidth, and/or internet connection speed. The availability of HD, Ultra HD, and HDR depends on your internet service and device capabilities. Not all content supports all formats, such as HD, Ultra HD, and HDR, and not all subscription plans allow you to receive content in all formats. The default playback settings on cellular networks do not include HD, Ultra HD, and HDR. The minimum connection speed for SD quality is 0.5 Mbps; however, we recommend using faster connection speeds to improve video quality. To receive HD content (720p or higher resolution), a download speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended. To receive Ultra HD (1080p or higher resolution) and HDR content, a download speed of at least 25.0 Mbps per stream is recommended. You are responsible for all internet access fees. Please contact your internet service provider for information on internet data usage fees. The time required to start watching MangoTV content may vary due to various factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the content you choose, and the configuration of your MangoTV device.
\n4.8 MangoTV software is developed by or for MangoTV, designed to watch MangoTV content on MangoTV-supported devices. The software may vary by device and medium, and features and functions may differ between devices. You acknowledge that using the service may require third-party software and is subject to third-party licenses. You agree that you may automatically receive updated versions of MangoTV and related third-party software. The service may contain links to third-party websites and online services not owned or controlled by MangoTV. MangoTV has no control over such websites and online services and assumes no responsibility for them. When you leave MangoTV services to access third-party websites, be aware that we recommend you read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party website and online service you visit.
\n4.9 MangoTV allows users to create, upload, and publish images, music, videos, text, and signals. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your works and actions on MangoTV, and if your behavior is inappropriate, MangoTV reserves the right to freeze your account.
\n5.1 Applicable Law. The Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of mainland China. These terms do not limit any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
\n5.2 No Waiver. If you fail to comply with this Agreement and MangoTV does not take immediate action, it does not mean that MangoTV is waiving any rights we may have (such as the right to take action in the future).
\n5.3 Continued Effect. If any provision in the Terms of Use is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
\n5.4 Changes to the Terms of Use. MangoTV may modify the Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the service or make modifications for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. For any significant modifications to this Agreement, MangoTV accounts will provide reasonable advance notice, giving you the opportunity to review, unless the modifications are for new available features of the service or for legal reasons, in which case the changed terms will take effect immediately without further notice. Modifications to this Agreement only apply to future versions. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you should stop using all services provided by MangoTV, including but not limited to deleting all uploaded content.

\nThe interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland territory of the People's Republic of China.
\nIf any dispute arises regarding the signing, performance, etc. of this Agreement, both parties should try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Changsha Arbitration Commission and conduct arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules in effect at the time of submitting the arbitration notice. The place of arbitration shall be Changsha, Hunan, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese.
